Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant

From the outside you're really not sure what to expect, but I had to come to the Shell station next door and stopped in for lunch. I'm so glad I did. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately it wasn't very busy when I was there, which is a shame because they are a great addition to Williams and I hope that changes once the season gets going. If you're in the mood for something awesome, definitely stop in here. The prices are reasonable and the food is worth it.

This has quickly become our favorite place to eat out at in Williams. At this point I am pretty sure we could be classified as regulars we come so often. They even beat out our favorite Indian food place in Flagstaff which I thought would be impossible to do. The atmosphere here is always nice. It's clean and I enjoy the music videos playing. Service is on point. It's always the same gentleman for us and he is great, attentive, and helpful. Now for the best part.... the food! We have come several times at this point and always try a different appetizer. The thing I love the most is the variety here is on point. They have so many more options and they have all been incredible so far. My favorite so far for appetizers is by far the Aloo Tikki Chaat. 10/10 recommend. When it comes to main dishes we have tried vegetarian and non vegetarian because let's face it we love our meat. We haven't found one we haven't liked yet. Honestly if you haven't tried this place yet you need to.

Amazing food and service. Everything we ordered was excellent. All I can really say is that you're going to have to try something new on each visit. I love that they filter the water. No other restaurant in Williams does this, and it makes a really big difference.

This place is amazing! We just moved to Williams from Atlanta and it is so nice to find delicious Indian food so close! The butter chicken is heavenly and the garlic naan is delicious, so is the Lamb Korma and Goat Vindaloo. We’ve eaten in the restaurant and loved the Indian music videos that were playing on the TV and had take away when we were tired and the food is just as good. Highly recommend eating here!!

Food was very tasty. Our family enjoyed very much. Tandoori shrimp was on a sizzling hot plate. Chicken biryani was very tasty and moist. Good job to chef Mani. I hope I spelt your name correctly.

Delicious and simple food, and great service! We went there as it was on a quick detour. The restaurant was spacious, enough places to sit and relax. They do have limited options as in everything in the menu wasn’t available. The service was fine, a bit slow though despite very few customers, however the food was great. We ordered mix veg.l, tabdoori roti and dal! Dal was amazing, exactly home like and mix veg was good too! Tandoori roti was soft and a bit thick but tasted of pure wheat flour so overall tasted very well. One of the nice places in Williams for Indian food with authentic taste.

Amazing meal. Very nice gravies - recommend spicy. Paneer was fresh and creamy. Good spot on route to grand canyon for desi food.

We drove all the way from Grand Canyons to try this place. Honestly, I loved the butter chicken. Had a peculiar taste to it. Owners were very kind & generous & gave us extra butter chicken too. Support their business.
